Season 3 Guy is my fave look of them all especially the Lion episode because it looked like it had a wash. The Guy look that makes me laugh is the wedding one. He's slicked it down special and put on extra guyliner.
I love both looks because his hair is either long or longish in all three series. Oh, sometimes I like really short, clean cut hair on a man, but it's usually not my preference. I was never more happy than when my husband retired from business and was able to wear his hair longer.
As for the outfits, well, I love both of those as well. They each have something to recommend. :D
My absolute favorite is how he looked in journey of the necklace in Series 1 although I have to admit that the lion episode in Series 3 was pretty good. :D
Nat...I will never view that scene again without thinking of your blog..."LEATHER and STUBBLE and SWORDS - OH MY!!!!"
I really liked the series three GUY because I thought that the costumes and hair were moving a little closer to the period....but I did LOVE GUY's LEATHER from series one and two - OH MY!!!!
I grew to like S3 Guy look, I smile every time I see him throw his hair back :P, although I still prefer S1 and S2 look (and a little more his look at the 2nd half of S2).

Nice Gisborne pics but I still prefer the shorter hair :)

I have grown to like the look of Seasion three but I still prefer the black leather, especialy the one he wore to his almost wedding to Marian.

He was fine in all 3 seasons but season 3 is my favorite because of the long hair. I also preferred his knight look because it seemed more realistic.
I prefer his pants from series 1 and 2, but i prefer his hair from series 3 the scrawny lion episode.
Not that there's anything objectionable about his hair in series 1 and 2
