Photo Friday ~ Something Old, Something New


An oldie, but goodie from 2005:

Current "Strike Back" publicity:
Richard Armitage Net featured a link to Daniel Kennedy's blog (the photographer),
showing how he photographed Richard and Orla separately,
then photoshopped them together.  If you haven't already, check it out HERE.

Does anyone else find the fill-in models hilarious?
The expression on Richard's partner in particular made me laugh out loud!

If I were to do a caption contest for the "before" photos (although I'm not)
what caption would you contribute for Richard, Orla or their fill-ins?

    Bzirk - Have you read the article (RA online - May -Readers Digest) you might find the last sentence funny!!

    No caption is forthcoming for Orla's shot except I notice that he changed the angle of her cleavage and added more boob! LOL

    The standin-for Orla Brady in the photo with Richard looks absolutely petrified don't you think?(They never did remove those creases from his shirt either did they?)

    Perhaps she's thinking "I wish Richard was wearing his jeans and hadn't decided to don Lee's speedos instead! It's very distracting all this, I don't know where to look, well er ...I do, if you know what I mean but daren't for fear of fainting!"

    As for Orla Brady with her stand-in "What a waste of time, I deliberately decide to show a bit of cleavage for the cameras and what do they give me to pose with? Another woman? Tell me is that a waste or what? I'd much rather be putting my hand around Richard's peaches any day!

    Thanks for your funny comments ladies, you all crack me up!

    got couple of quick questions. first, is SB suppose to be a new tv show, or just a miniseries? i assumed it was suppose to be a miniseries with a definite end which has already taped. Am i wrong?

    Also, I didn't realize Orla Brady lived in the States, as I feel like I've seen her in more UK-related stuff. Am I wrong? is she in alot of US-based stuff and I am just ignorant of it?

    The girl with Richard haven't seen N&S or any of his other work. I´m sure. Otherwise she wouldn't have stood there and looked so indifferent:-)

    I think the storyline loosely based on Chris Ryan's book will come to an end in the series, so it could be a stand alone. But there is talk that they would like to do more stories about John Porter, send him to otger regions of the world where is trouble, and Richard seems to be willing, too. Depends on how well it does.
