Dear Mother Nature,
I'm ready for March to make up its mind in favor
of lovely spring weather, please. Thank you.
of lovely spring weather, please. Thank you.
*Sending you blog readers happy, spring-type vibes*
Speaking of spring, Strike Back will air the week of May 1st-7th, as you can see HERE.
(I hope there will be a way us non-Brits will be able to view it around that time!)

How I long for spring, flowers and sun after an interminable winter with deep piles of snow since the middle of December! Even better with a view of Thornton or Monet frolicking in the fields!
We've had 40 days of snow this winter in Belgium, that's the logest I ever knew. So, yes, thank you, Nat, for a little spring joy!
BTW, you can order the DVD region 2on Amazon UK.
There is someone who always provides stuff for us Colonials, Nat.
Such lovely spring scenery for my Friday workday, thank you!!!
I live near and work on the California coast where it rained for about 6 straight weeks -- yes, I know I am getting no sympathy -- and we are having some nice spring afternoons, but it's been Winter Cold at night. Again, our cold is about 35 degrees, so I expect no sympathy. The lupins have sprung up and the sheep are grazing up on the hillsides. Looks like a postcard for the Pastures of Heaven...which is what the area is called: Corral di Tierra.
aaawwh.. the perfect illustration for a nice, 21°C warm and sunny spring Friday.. before a 11°C rainy spring weekend.
Oooh thanks for the press release - and the spring vibes! :D
It is a lovely spring day today here in Scotland (which ususally just means it is not misty and raining!) It is also the start of British Summer Time tonight, the wierd ritual of moving the clocks forward by 1 hour. So it is lighter in the evenings. Hurrah!!!
Hubby and me, or as the Queen would say 'My husband and I' watched the 'Impressionists' again last night which does make us feel summer is just around the corner. Yeah!!!!
Thank you, Nat, for the Spring photos.Living on the same side of the Atlantic (and Pacific) as you do, but north of the 49th, and in the second, or is it third coldest world capital, have been thankful for a really mild season since mid-Jan. Is it Global Warming or El Ninja? Whatever, I'll take it!
And the tulip and iris sprogs are valiantly fighting up early.. and my suburban cardinal is warbling...
seeing him enjoying the smell of the flowers in these pics, I reckon Richard would feel at home over at HOLLYWOOD SPY's layout design :P
I thought I'd posted a comment here but it's not here. (Was it censored Nat?) All I meant to say was that we are having some hot weather here - I think some cooler weather would be nice.... I'm ready for winter. (We don't get snow, though)
Thanks for the link to the article on SB! after reading it I have two questions: 1) the actress Jodhi May is listed as having worked in The Last of the Mohicans. Isn't that movie like 20 years old? how old is she? and has she been in anything recent we would recognize her from? 2) RA is quoted in that article as saying that American TV has been brave telling these long dramas like SB so characters can develop in a long story arch. What is he talking about? To paraphrase the Sherrif here, I have no clue! We don't really do miniseries any more, long gone are the days of Roots, and North and South (the Patrick Swayze version my friends) and Thornbirds, all of which were miniseries that my mom watched along with the rest of the country. But our generation doesn't really have anything like that. What am I missing here? Can someone please clue me in?
And Nat, I'm really looking forward to SF Rich and how Spooks 8 should have ended :)
It is beautiful down South! My son had a tract meet today and everyone wore shorts. The air is very clean and fresh this time of year here.
I was just enjoying the Californian sun for the weekend...warm sand underfoot, even dipped my toes in the ocean (which I admit was a little chilly). Now it's back home to cold and torrential rain...ah well, best curl up in front of the fire with some N&S.
