Updates are in green.
Do you know which Richard Armitage scene
Paper Doll SFR is reenacting?
(Some of these are a bit of a stretch.)
Congratulations, bZirk!
You were the first to get each scene correct.
(There were many who were so close, but missed a detail here or there.)

Lucas North in Spooks Season 8, Episode 4 in blue sheets scene.

Hmmmm... this is kinda tough.
A. Paul in Between the Sheets
B. Guy ocked up from Season 3
C. RA in the Impressionist
D. Ceebies story telling.
Ooops B is Guy locked up in Season 3. Yes, I can't type.
You're on the right track, LHT, but 2 of your answers are incorrect. (Plus, you have to list the specific episode and scene!)
A. Paul in Between the Sheets
B. Moving On
C. Monet in the Impressionist
D. Ceebies story telling.
OH no...I changed my mind
A. Lucas in Series 8 of Spooks
B. Moving On
C. Monet in the Impressionist
D. Ceebies story telling.
A is Lucas North, Spooks, Series 8 Episode 3 in the bed with the blue sheets and the blonde who must not be named.
B. is Moving On when John is in jail at the end. (Or Sir Guy in S3, Ep 9, in the dungeon).
C. is Monet in the Impressionists, ep 2 (that's a guess), painting outdoors by himself.
D. is CBeebies, Trouble at the Dinosaur Cafe when the dinosaur is eyeballing his food.
Oh my God, I need to get a life.
Close, but no winner yet! :)
Helpful hint: Look at Richard Armitage Net's screencap gallery.
ok my guesses are:
1 Lucas North in Spooks Series 8 Episode 3
2 John Thornton North & South looking out at Margaret Hale
3 Claude Monet The Impressionists
4 Cbeebies - Trouble at the Dinosaur Cafe
crossing my fingers
Oh darn, am I too late? I was researching "The Impressionists" as I haven't seen it yet.
Here are my best guesses:
1. Lucas series 8 in his blue bed sheets. (Glad you didn't give him company).
2. John Thornton in North & South,
Looking down from the window at Margaret as she enters the Hall.
3. Claude Monet in the Impressionists -- The scene in the Fontainbleau Woods where he shares his love of outdoor painting with fellow artists.
4. RA in Cheebies. Trouble at the Dinosaur Cafe.
Okay, Nat, I took your excellent advice and checked out RichardArmitage.net. Glad I did too because I have been looking for good quality prints of RA with Flat Stanley (now if only there was a good quality video out there!)
Here is my more specific list:
1. Lucas series 8 ep. 4
2 John Thornton N&S ep. 1 scene as above.
3. Claude Monet "The Impressionists" Episode 1 scene as above.
4. RA in Cheebies episode 5 as above.
Okay, here's my attempt:
1) Spooks 8 Episode 4 where he's in bed with what's her name.
2) North and South Episode 2 after the riots where he's staring out the window, and someone says, "He didn't even have to use his Irish"
3) The Impressionists Episode 1 where he's lying on the wood floor with the paints and brushes around him.
4) Reading Dinosaur Cafe from Episode 5 of Cbeebies.
Oh, I'm scaring myself!
Okay, Here I go again. Thanks to Bzirk, I revised my opinion of #3 and went back to the Screen Cap Gallery where I saw the picture of Monet lying on his wood floor.
But I am sticking to my guns about the scene in N&S.
So...
1. Lucas 8.4 lying on his blue sheets.
2. Thornton Ep. 1 looking down from window as Margaret enters Hall (where the union meeting is happening)
3. Monet The Impressionists Episode 1 - lying on wood floor with paints and brushes around him.
4. RA Cheebies Ep. 5 Trouble at the Dinosaur Cafe.
All I know is that I will catch hell if my girls read this. They already tease me. :D
Ha ha...this is so comical...grown women trying to win a stick figure of a an actor....I love it!
Nat...you must know how much fun you bring to people, well let's be honest mostly women, around the world....
Tracey
PS...I still hope one day I will get an SFR!
So many were very close!
However, the winner is bZirk.
Way to go, bZ!
We'll have to do this again... it was entertaining, on my end at least. :) tee hee.
Since I'm probably going to catch it anyway, hmmm, I really like that watercolor. But I would also love to get SFR with some gear, and I'll add some skis for him since I live in ski country.
Did I really just type those sentences?! What's really scary is that I didn't have to look anything up on the guesses -- except the CBeebies episode. Couldn't remember which number.
Give me the watercolor!! Someone else will have to outfit him for skiing.
@Joan, I'm the one who needs to get a life. :D
wow! I'm so impressed all of you. I don't think I can call myself a true RA fan as I struggled with practically every single one, lol!
Shame on me for not knowing #2 as that is the first RA piece of work I saw and my fave RA work to boot!
Totally didn't get #1, I just assumed BTS although I haven't seen it really, but I've actually seen Spooks 8 and didn't think to guess that!
Man, I suck at this!
You must have a life. :D
Don't worry, Joan & bZ... I'm the nut job who thinks up this crap in the first place. I obviously spend way too much time in the house... I can't wait for spring & summer! :)
Nat,
No, you're rare, and I mean that in the best way.
You just happen to pick something that makes it very obvious how much some of us have watched his work. LOL!
These are so cute, Nat.
I love the idea that you have SFR acting out these scenes.
I can't wait to see more...
:-)
**I still have my paper dolls from when I was a little girl - I don't actually play with them - they just sit there. What a fun time they would have with SFR**
I loved the Betsy McCall paper doll when I was a kid.
@bZirk, I only pretend to have a life, ha! ha!
Pretending's fun.
I figure if the worst thing I do is watch too many Richard Armitage flicks, I'm doing pretty good.
Oh, and I hope all of our cracks didn't make Nat feel funny. If anything she legitimizes my RA viewing. LOL!
I left a message yesterday, it somehow disappeared, so here I am again. I just want you to know Nat that all my comments are in good fun, like Bzirk said I hope nothing I said made you feel weird.
Your blog totally legitimizes my RA fascination :) so thanks so much for the outlet!
