Pretty Pics

Since I will be out of town for the rest of the week
(on a family reunion camping trip without computers or other technology *gulp*),
I thought I'd get my Photo Friday in early to leave you with happy thoughts...
while I'm covered in bug spray and trying not to get sun burnt.

These are two promo pics from 2005 (which I hadn't seen before)
that are available on Richard Armitage Net.

I like 'em.

I like 'em a lot.

Have a great week!

His haircut in the top pic resembles the one he had at this year's Baftas.

Have fun with the family on your camping trip. You could always call on Dr Alec Track if anyone gets bitten!

I actually really like camping... and family. :)

Have fun!
Don't like the way they took the first pic! In bird perspective. It looks like his head is twice as big!
Love the Alec pic, though.

Have fun in the family reunion and with some luck you won't be eaten much by insects :P.

That thing he has around his neck in the first pic, I think he used to like wearing those, if I'm not mistaken, he's wearing one in an interview for N&S and also in one of RH S1.

OML :)

Have fun Nat.

Camping is not my cup of tea.

Have a wonderful trip, Nat! Love the pix, though where I live, an orange jumpsuit means you're a prisoner in County Jail.

Thanks for the pictures -- I love Dr. Track. Enjoy your camping trip!

@flandersdreamer, I thought the same thing about that first pic. His head looks disproportionate to his body to me.

@onemorelurker, I thought the same thing about the necklace. I wonder if their was any meaning to them?

@Joancrenshaw, LOL! I kept thinking I like the look of that jumper, but can't figure out what's bothering me about it. You're right, it reminds me of prison garb.

@Nat, more power to you if you like camping (and with little ones to boot, while you're pregnant. You really are super woman, you know that?)I would never survive camping, I'd be the first one eaten by the bear.

Yes, Dr. Track's orange jump suit is a little jail-birdish. :)

No time to do another post (since we're leaving in the morning and I need to tuck myself in bed) but I have to say our camping is kind of cheating because we have a trailer with beds and a little kitchen and bathroom with a shower... so it's not like I'll have to sleep on the hard dirt or anything. It makes camping (especially with kids) much more enjoyable and clean! :) And the camping food- dutch oven dinners, s'mores... heck yeah!

Oh! that sounds lovely Nat, quite civilised, as long as I could take my fluffy bathrobe and hair straighteners, I could cope with that :D

I know, I know that's terribly girly but there you go :D :D

I don't think you should post them on your blog, because they have copyright-tag over them.

RA.NET only posted the link to them(The Sun Online mag.),not the actual pictures.

@Anon
Where do you see the copyright tag? I went to the Sun Online magazine to see if it was more visible on those pictures but couldn't find watermarks on them either. I could be totally in the wrong about these particular photographs, but I don't believe either were taken by Sun Online (one credits ITV, yet The Sun may very well have purchased printing rights), and typically when photos of this nature are shot, they are for publicity purposes and therefore released with the hopes that they will appear in as many magazines and blogs as possible. Not that I'm an expert by any means as a former magazine editor but that would be my guess.

If you try to save them it says :

Hmmmmm... Then perhaps Nat obtained permission?

@Nat, well, your style of camping doesn't sound that bad, LOL!

Anon,
Thanks for your concern, but RANet DID actually post the pictures and not just links on their site, which is how I was able to save and post them on my blog.

They can be seen here:
