Armitage Art

If you ever want to spend way too much time online with your
RA fetish, go to deviantart.com and type "Richard Armitage"
into the search button. (Or better yet, just click HERE.)

You'll be able to view tons of RA fan art...
everything from sketches, paintings, graphics, etc.

Here are a few that caught my eye.
These are embedded through deviantart's site. If you click on the artist's name,
it will take you to their profile and gallery to check out more of their work.

Oooh... pretty!

Oooh... scary, yet cool!

Blue eyes and stubble!

The Disney version of John & Margaret...

The last two cracked me up,
so I had to include them.

Gizzy just doesn't look as tough in purple, does he?

You'll probably have to click on this one to get a better view.
Dun, dun, dun, dun, stayin' alive, stayin' alive!

Super artwork! Thanks for finding those for us Nat! You are so right, Gizzy in purple is sooo not right! LOL

Great, some very talented people.
From Nat's selection I love 'Black Monday' and Disney John and Margaret are cute.

I usually love Purple (I recall my teenage yearning for Donny Osmond, and purple was his fav colour)....but Purple Gizzy does not have quite the same impact as the sexy black.

Sorry about the Donny Osmond bit.

Thanks for showcasing the artists work and the site! I would never have known about them.

As for the purple outfit, well, it made me think of Barney!

Okay, this is really childish, but my word verification is "sorebut" Does anyone else find this funny?

@TM - Barney :D It is funny how a colour can evoke such thoughts, memories & emotions.

'sorebut' ha ha, I have had one or two verification thingy's which have been quite rude.:D

Off topic slightly, has anyone here listened to Richard's latest audio book 'Convenient Marriage'? It is brilliant, the range of 'voices' he uses is amazing.

@Myrtle, thanks for commenting on my word verification, nice to know I'm not the only one who thought it funny, LOL!

I haven't listened to any of RAs voice work unfortunately. I am horrible, i actually find myself laughing at some audio books at parts that are supposed to be serious because the actor's voice-acting just cracks me up!

I know excactly what you mean about some audiobooks, but trust me, Richard takes them to a new level. His voice characterisation is simply outstanding, I often feel that I am listening to a play rather than an audiobook. You should give one a try, both Venetia and Convenient Marriage by Heyer (NAXOS) are brilliant.

Listening, alone in the car, to those chocolate tones,I am suprised I have not had an accident!!!

@Myrtle, I can see it now...

Myrtle: "officer, it's not my fault I ran through the stop sign. I swear it! I had this audio book on and the man just had way too lovely a voice to concentrate on anything else."

Officer: "That man wouldn't be Richard Armitage would it? Because I know exactly what you mean. Alright, no ticket for you. That audio book should come with a warning label!"

LOL! I am cracking myself up here!
