Richard Armitage is a British actor who was born in Leicester on Aug. 22, 1971. He is the 2nd son of Margaret, a secretary, and John, an engineer. He attended Pattison College in Binley Road, Coventry, and studied at LAMDA (the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). Richard's popularity is spreading across the world thanks to his acting talent and gorgeous good looks that just get better with age. He is most famous for his roles in British TV, such as: John Thornton in "North & South," Sir Guy of Gisborne in "Robin Hood," Harry Kennedy in "The Vicar of Dibley," Lucas North in "Spooks," and John Porter in "Strike Back." He has also appeared in many other films, most made for TV.

I love his long hair..I think it makes him look more masculine, in control, and younger..This vid was really well made. :)
Just wanted to say he is a wolf..but a very sexy wolf..I like that he has vulnerability..that takes a lot of the scary part away..makes him lovable..and yet darkly sexy...I will be mrs. wolf with him happily...
Lovely video. I do prefer S1 & 2 Guy, however, S3 Guy makes me think of Uhtred in LOTN, which is nice :)

Absolutely LOVED season 3 Guy. I felt he came into his own in it. It brought him much more to the fore in spite of not being in two of the episodes. The way he handled the long hair was nothing short of inspired - as though he was used to having hair of that length!! Brilliant!! He also seemed so much more at peace with himself after he came back from Prince John's court - more "in charge", at least until Isabella turned up!!
