Here are a few sites for you to check out, if you haven't already.

First, THIS BLOG has created quite a stir since yesterday! I received a google alert, then saw the link on another blog, in a few forums, and was emailed/messaged about it by several people. I guess everyone's excited about Spooks Season 8, huh?
Ian Wylie of "The Life of Wylie" received a preview copy of the first episode of Season 8 and posted a great review! A few quotes of interest: "OK, yes, you forced it out of me…Richard told me during filming that he does, indeed, get his kit off in series eight." and "The actor formerly known as Richard Armitage has been totally taken over by Lucas North. It’s such a convincing portrayal that they surely must be one and the same person?"
Also, the mystery love interest is CIA Liaison Officer Sarah Caulfield played by Genevieve O’Reilly. She has acted in "The Matrix Reloaded," "Star Wars: Episode III," played Princess Di in "Diana: Last Days of a Princess," and is in the new costume drama, "The Young Victoria."
Someone also mentioned that Spooks may relocate filming from London to Birmingham to cut the costs of expenses. There is an article about that HERE.
Last but not least, there is a blogger who has focused solely on the BBC Robin Hood series and has a separate blog for each season. I have found them interesting: Robin Hood Season 1, Robin Hood Season 2 and Robin Hood Season 3. In the latest post of RH Season 3, he/she has done a spotlight on Richard Armitage as Gisborne that is worth reading. (There are spoilers, so don't read it if you haven't yet watched S3.)

Excited about season 8 of Spooks... me? I'm ready to climb the walls I can hardly stand the waiting.
Longhairedtoad I am climbing the walls myself and wishing my life away wanting Spooks to start.
Regarding Lucas getting his kit off. Part of me(the small sensible part that I havent managed to corrupt yet) would like it to be of him getting those tattoos done rather than a love scene.
Maybe we'll get both(corrupt part of brain speaking)and so full of passion(it has been 8 years).
Damn you BBC when is it going to be on???
So exciting all this lead up to Spooks 8. Soon there'll be *gasp* tv interviews, yay!
