Last month was my
2nd anniversary with Mr. Thornton.
If you're wondering where I've been lately, JT and I were enjoying
a Caribbean cruise to celebrate the joyous occasion. *ahem*
(Okay, just the same-ol' kids and new house thing but whatev.)
Two years of swooning over that cravat-wearing hottie...
time well spent, my friends... time well spent! :)
I don't know what more I could say
about JT that I haven't already covered over the
last 22 months of blogging!
After all, I've analyzed Thornton's cravats (HERE),
posted tons of my favorite JT photos and YouTube videos...
Speaking of, here's a cute one I just came across:
*remember to pause the blog's background music (bottom of screen) before viewing*
Isn't that Mr. Thornton just so darn handsome?
He's the one who first introduced me to Mr. Armitage!
I'm sure the same thing can be said for most of you.
When is YOUR JT anniversary?
How do you celebrate?

My anniversary is in February and I just passed my 4th year!
Thornton will forever be my favorite literary hero!
January, and I can't remember if it was my 3rd or 4th anniversary. JT still hasn't lost his magic .... particularly when he discards his cravat and coat and shows us that white shirt :)
My anniversary is in Movember...still a while to go! And yes, he was my first RA love! :D
Oops, I meant NOVEMBER!
I wish I kept track of when it was! I sort of blacked it out - I was so just, enamoured and absolutely in love with him it wiped my memory clean. But I do believe it was about 3 years ago, during the cold, winter months when I first encountered JT.
However, I do remember my RA anniversary: March 3, 2007 - the premiere of "Robin Hood" on BBC America. Yes, my introduction to RA was his role as Gizzy. I fell in love with him as Gizzy. What does that say about my soul?!
Woops, and judging by my RA anniversary or RAnniversary - I guess that'd make my introduction to JT in mid-late March of 2007. Which is still winter in Minnesota, I guess. Certainly cold and miserable enough.
I recall watching in November 2004, when N&S was first shown on the BBC, and the rest as they say is history. :)
It seems like only yesterday that the tall, dark, handsome Mr Thornton strode across the Mill floor........
I first watched N&S May last year...and was instantly head-over-heels in love!
My RA anniversary is in October, not quite a year yet. At the end of the first part I was hopelessly fallen for him...
Hola Nat is good to hear from you! In August will be 2 years to have discovered Mr. T. It was love at first sight and still love it since then as the first day ♥ ♥ When I'm a bit depressed, I have only to see the train scene, and life smiles at me again. I love Mr. Armitage ... ups! sorry Mr. Thornton! Besos from Argentina.
3-4yrs ago....he crept up on me
Found myself watching every episode of Spooks 7 and wasn't sure why, then saw the VofD Xmas episodes 2008 and had my "oo wow!" moment....
then forgot again and Spooks 8 started and I went "oo wow, who's that?" all over again, then I thought he and the man in VofD are one and the same!! "Oo WOW!"
Then that was it then...the I'm-a-big-fan-girlie-and-must-watch-everything-he's-ever-done-EVER-moment :)
Just realised you said JT anniversary...that was my RA anniversary ;)
About 18 months? Jan. or so 2010. And it was accidentally RH initially - quickly followed by N&S on DVD and all the rest...
N&S probably the best costume drama ever - beautiful production. So un-static, un-mannered.

I am a newcomer. I took a glimpse at Guy S3 on Italian Tv only last February and was thunderstruck. Then I found JT on the internet and I understood I was under a spell.
Fortunately, the FanstRAvaganza arrived in March to heal my disease. Bless on the Graphic a Day in May celebration!
RA is a daily therapy. Any advice how to recover and stop this therapy?
It's almost two years for me. I first saw Richard in Robin Hood I just by chance picked up the Robin Hood DVD set at the library and the rest is history. I rented North & South and absolutely swooned over John Thornton..gorgeous and sweet vulnerable and strong and handsome...
Glad to have you back Nat. All the women here are great too. I am sure most of us would love a caribbean cruise with JT. It would be a change of pace for JT being he is used to the cold north of Milton. ;)
The Lovely Mr. Thornton and I have now been acquainted for nearly a year...come June 18th. Yep, I remember the date well. I nearly fainted during the Look Back at Me scene for lack of oxygen..I quit breathing. The last 5 mins. nearly sent me to the ER. *sigh* What a man, what a mighty fine man...
Yay Nat's back!!
Cześć Nat!
It was 3 years ago:)
Some girl on internet said that R.A? is better than Colin Firth, and I was like"yea..right..and I'm Queen of England":)
Now I'm here,helplessly in love with..you know...well..with ACTOR!:D:D
But,it is all your fault girls(wonderful bunch of people):).
"bloody internet"
hugs and kisses from Poland
@Joanna...ME TOO! My thought was, "NOBODY could be better than Firth!!" Wrong. REAL wrong!
At the end of August will be one year, as I'm in love with Mr. John Thornton ♥ I found it by chance, because with my nephew watching Robin Hood. My nephew was thrilled by the adventures of Robin and I could not tear his eyes from Sir Guy ....
N & S I watched in one day. I don't know how much of this thanks to Mrs. E. Gaskell's prose, and how much of it by playing by RA but this movie has changed my attitude towards certain things. Although it's been almost a year still is for me the remedy for the sad days.
I was preggers when I met Thornton and now my "baby" is five. Mr. Thornton will always have a place in my heart.
So nice to see so much smiling in this video. Happy anniversary Nat!
It will be 2 years at the end of August since I really fell for RA. I did have a mild crush on JT about 2 years before that, but I didn't do anything about it except wish for the DVD. I don't know why I didn't think of the internet sooner!
